Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
When you are considering home care services your primary goal should be your loved one’s health, care, comfort and safety. Choosing A Twin With A Warm Heart is choosing compassion and passion care, not just patient care. We pride ourselves on making sure we are a good fit for you.
We provide consultations and set up one-on-one diagnostic questions to help us figure out their physical and mental capabilities (and any mobility issues they may have), social hobbies and what their personality is like. Once we can determine that our services are right for you and your loved one, we set up a family meet and greet and come in for a tour. Recommendations and other external services will also be suggested on an as-needed basis.
Tip: Providing a warm heart, an ear to listen with compassion and understanding of each individual while paying attention to details is all apart of providing a safe, familiar and healthy environment where patients can feel the most comfortable at home.
Our Staff has over 10 years of experience as well as the passion it takes to provide the specific cares that one who is displaying the stages of Alzheimer's & Dementia may experience. At Twin With A Warm Heart, we specialize in Companionship Care and Homemaking. We’re trained to form lasting relationships and genuine concern for the needs such as hygiene, wellness, health reminders, physical assistance, home health aide and more. The bonds between the clients and families are a priority because we understand the comfort levels it takes to trust caregivers with your loved one.
It is most important to us that our clients feel comfortable and supported. We strive to create a wholesome atmosphere and are happiest being cared for in their own home. We work hard to create an environment where the client can live their life independently without framework.
